An NPI is not required. Any working health, fitness or nutrition professional can apply, including coaches and trainers. Enter your NPI if you have one; otherwise upload a current certification or license.

Who qualifies, and what counts as proof?

Licensed clinicians

Physicians, NPs, PAs, nurses, chiropractors, naturopaths, physical therapists, registered dietitians and similar. Enter your NPI, or upload your state license.

Coaches, trainers and other professionals

Personal trainers, strength & conditioning coaches, nutrition coaches, health & wellness coaches, exercise physiologists and similar. Upload a current certification from a recognized organization (for example NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, ISSA, Precision Nutrition or NBHWC).

What the upload should show

Your name, the credential, the issuing organization and, if it has one, a current expiration date. A photo or screenshot of the certificate is fine.

We review every application by hand. If we need anything else, we'll email you.
