Good to know
Am I charged for signing in or viewing results?
No. Pay as you go is $0 a month. There's no recurring cost. You pay for the labs you order, and for a per-use tool (like a FitSights question or a GI-MAP analysis) only when you run one. Per-use charges come out of your credit first.
Do I need a card to start?
No. Pay as you go needs no card. You add one when you place a practice-paid order or use more than your $10 welcome credit.
Can I cap my spend?
Yes. Set a monthly budget for pay-as-you-go tools and nothing is charged past it. We alert you when you reach 80%, and you can change the budget anytime.
What does it cost to add clients?
Nothing. Clients are unlimited on every plan, with no per-client fee.
How do my clients pay for labs?
You send a secure payment link and they check out themselves. You earn 5% on every order your client pays. You can also have your practice pay instead.
Who can join?
Any working health, fitness or nutrition professional, including coaches and trainers. An NPI isn't required: licensed clinicians can enter their NPI, and everyone else uploads a current certification or license. We review every application, usually within 2 business days.
Can I cancel RLI Pro+?
Anytime. Your clients, labs and results stay; the RLI Pro+ tools switch off. The $10 monthly RLI Pro+ credit is for that month only and does not roll over.
Who signs the lab requisition?
By default, Fitomics-affiliated licensed clinicians order on your practice’s behalf and sign every requisition, so you don’t need an NPI. If your practice has its own ordering provider, ask us to put that provider’s name and NPI on requisitions instead.
Which states do you serve?
Clients can be drawn at Labcorp and Quest patient service centers in 48 states. New York and New Jersey orders are fulfilled through BioReference. A small number of specialty tests are not available to residents of New York, New Jersey or Rhode Island; the order builder hides them automatically.
