Product tour
Every client’s labs, finally making sense.
Stop digging through PDFs. RLI Pro turns them into one living picture: favorable ranges, trends against your protocols, private AI with cited research, and orders you can watch end to end.
Every demo below is interactive and uses sample data.

From a stack of PDFs to one chart in seconds
“I spend more time hunting through PDFs than actually reviewing results.”
- Drop Labcorp or Quest PDFs, or patient-portal screenshots read by AI vision.
- Results land in the client’s chart, editable inline, with a quality flag when something needs a look.
- Import years of history by CSV, with a review step before anything is saved.
- Labs you order through RLI Pro arrive on their own. No uploading at all.

Snapshot cards
See drift before it’s out of range
“The lab says normal, but I can see it heading the wrong way.”
- Every marker is judged against a favorable range as well as the lab range, sex-specific where it matters.
- A gauge shows both bands, with earlier draws pinned so the direction is obvious.
- Plain-language definition, why it matters, risk rationale, implications and common causes on every card.
- Calculated context like HOMA-IR, TyG and FIB-4, with PubMed-verified citations.
Insulin (fasting)
Jun ’25 · Range source: Male
14.2uIU/mL
The lab report says “Normal.” RLI Pro flags it against the favorable range, so you see the drift before it’s out of range.
Insulin is a peptide hormone produced by pancreatic beta cells that regulates glucose metabolism and cellular energy storage. Fasting insulin can indicate insulin resistance when elevated.
Educational context
Elevated fasting insulin often precedes abnormal glucose levels by years, making it a valuable early marker of insulin resistance.
Range & risk rationale
The favorable range of 2–8 uIU/mL is based on population studies showing this range associates with optimal insulin sensitivity and the lowest risk for metabolic syndrome, type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease.
Elevated: implications
Elevated fasting insulin indicates insulin resistance, where cells require more insulin to maintain normal glucose levels. This precedes and predicts type 2 diabetes, and associates with cardiovascular disease, fatty liver disease and metabolic syndrome.
Elevated: common causes
Obesity, metabolic syndrome, PCOS, fatty liver disease, sedentary lifestyle, high refined-carbohydrate diet, chronic stress, sleep deprivation, certain medications, genetic predisposition.
Calculated context
HOMA-IR · from glucose × insulin
Insulin-resistance estimate calculated automatically whenever both markers are on the same draw.
- Matthews 1985 · Diabetologia · Homeostasis model assessment: insulin resistance and beta-cell function from fasting plasma glucose and insulin concentrations in man.
- Wallace 2004 · Diabetes Care · Use and abuse of HOMA modeling.

Advanced workspace
Show exactly what your protocol did
“My charts can’t show what changed after we started the protocol.”
- Plot any markers together on two axes, across up to 5 saved workspaces per client.
- Drop nutrition, training, supplement and protocol events on the timeline, or type the protocol and let AI place it.
- Detected insights flag what’s improving, what changed meaningfully and what needs attention, adjusted for which direction is better.
- Keep a client journal next to the data: consults, insights, follow-ups.

Insulin and triglycerides fell fastest after the training block (2). Keep omega-3; recheck ApoB and hs-CRP next quarter.
FitSights AI
Ask anything about a client’s labs, privately
“I want AI help, but I can’t paste client records into a chatbot.”
- De-identified by design: the model gets derived age, sex and lab data. Names, birth dates and contact details are never sent.
- Research mode searches published studies and cites them inline, so you can check the evidence yourself.
- Labs Intelligence ($0.25) summarizes what changed; Deep Review ($1) finds cross-marker patterns across every report.
- Pay only when you ask. Your first $10 is on us.

Order tracking
Watch every order, see results early
“Once I order, it’s a black box until the PDF shows up.”
- Every step in one place: payment, requisition, appointment, collection, at the lab, results.
- Preliminary results appear as soon as the lab releases them, then update when the final report lands.
- An in-app alert and an email the moment results arrive.
- Clients pay by secure link and you earn 5%, or your practice pays.

Reports & sharing
Reports clients actually read, with your name on them
“I rebuild the same summary in slides for every client.”
- Export a clean PDF or PNG, or send a share link that expires, counts views and can be revoked.
- With RLI Pro+, reports carry your logo and practice name.
- Share snapshots, advanced charts, GI-MAP plans and genetics summaries the same way.

What’s different
What you won’t find elsewhere
Ordering & oversight
Fitomics-affiliated licensed clinicians order on your practice’s behalf and sign every requisition, so you don’t need an NPI to order labs. If your practice has its own ordering provider, ask to have their name and NPI on requisitions instead. Clients walk in at any Labcorp or Quest patient service center; New York and New Jersey orders go through BioReference.
Examine Connect regimen checks
Check a client’s supplements and medications against Examine’s evidence and interaction data, with every decision logged on the chart.
Custom panels
Save your own panel once and reuse it for every client, instead of rebuilding the same order each time. Included with RLI Pro+.
Contract pricing for volume
Practice-paid orders can run on a per-practice price book below Insider, set out in a signed addendum.
Client store labs, side by side
Labs your clients buy themselves on fitomicslabs.com appear alongside the ones you ordered, with their permission.
Team seats
RLI Pro+ includes 2 seats for teammates as Admin or Staff; add more at the published price.
Integrations
Bring the rest of your stack
