Apply in a few minutes. We review every application, usually within 2 business days. Once you’re approved, invite a client and order. Here’s what happens next.

Who signs the requisition?
Fitomics-affiliated licensed clinicians order on your practice’s behalf and sign every requisition, so you don’t need an NPI. Have your own ordering provider? Ask to have their name and NPI on requisitions instead.

Where does my client get drawn?
Any Labcorp or Quest patient service center, 3,800+ locations nationwide. New York and New Jersey orders go through BioReference. At-home phlebotomy is available where offered.

How does the client pay?
Send a secure link and your client checks out at Insider (member) pricing; you earn 5% of what they pay. Or your practice pays, with contract pricing below Insider available for volume.

When do results arrive?
Results land in RLI Pro as the lab releases them, preliminary first and then final. Your client gets the same results in their own Fitomics portal.

What does it cost me?
Nothing to join and no monthly fee. You pay for practice-paid labs you order and for per-use tools only when you run one.
